Qatar will host the upcoming 3 editions of FIFA Arab Cup tournament in 2025, 2029 and 2033.
The FIFA Council, during their meeting in Bangkok, Thailand, made several important decisions, one of which was the announcement that Qatar will be hosting the FIFA Arab Cup tournament in 2025, 2029, and 2033.
FIFA stated that this decision was made in response to a request from the Qatar Football Association.
It is important to note that the tournament will be an invitational competition and will not be included in the International Match Calendar.
FIFA also confirmed the allocation of slots for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, which will be held annually in Qatar from 2025 to 2029.
The slot allocations for the respective confederations are as follows: AFC: 9; CAF: 10; Concacaf: 8; CONMEBOL: 7; OFC: 3; UEFA: 11.
The FIFA Arab Cup 2025 will be held in Qatar from December 1 to December 18, 2025. This tournament will be the 11th edition of the FIFA Arab Cup, bringing together top teams from Arab states to compete for the championship.
